Every leather bag and accessory made by Swish & Swank carries a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects. That means if a seam fails, a fitting breaks, or anything goes wrong with the construction of your bag — we will fix it. No questions, no fuss.

This isn't a marketing line. It's the logical consequence of how we build things.

Why We Can Offer This

We hand stitch every bag using a saddle stitch technique — the only sewing method that physically cannot unravel. If a single stitch breaks, the others hold. A machine-sewn bag, by contrast, will run if even one stitch fails. We removed machines from our process specifically so we could make this promise.

We use full grain cowhide leather — the strongest, highest quality grade of leather. And we line our bags with suede, not fabric, because suede is tear-resistant and built to last alongside the leather it protects.

The lifetime guarantee isn't a risk for us. It's proof that we built the bag right in the first place.

What the Guarantee Covers

• Seam and stitch failures
• Broken or faulty fittings and hardware
• Manufacturing defects in the leather or construction

What It Doesn't Cover

• Normal wear and patina development (this is a feature, not a fault)
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or neglect
• Colour changes due to exposure to water, sunlight, or chemicals
